 Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill walking

Food:
Breakfast: 2 Egg Omlette, with ham and cheese and half avaocado
Lunch: Salad w/ Ranch and chicken
Dinner: Small filet mignon steak, side salad with caesar dressing

Hopefully all this is ok for the keto diet.
